This 7-day expedition combines the ascent of Little Ararat (3,917 m) with the legendary Mount Ararat (5,165 m), offering both acclimatization and a more complete climbing experience.
Ideal for climbers seeking better adaptation to altitude, this program increases summit success while allowing you to explore the region in depth with our professional local guides.
Upon arrival at Ağrı Airport, our team will welcome you and transfer you to Doğubayazıt.
After hotel check-in, you will meet your guide and prepare your equipment for the expedition.
Overnight: Hotel in Doğubayazıt
After breakfast, we drive to the starting point at approximately 2,000 meters.
From here, we begin our ascent to the summit of Little Ararat (3,917 m). The climb takes approximately 6–7 hours.
After enjoying the summit views and taking photos, we descend back to the vehicle and return to Doğubayazıt.
Overnight: Hotel in Doğubayazıt
After breakfast, we transfer to Çevirme Village (2,200 m), the starting point of the Mount Ararat climb.
We begin trekking towards Camp 1 (3,200 m). The hike takes approximately 4–5 hours.
All equipment and luggage are transported by pack animals.
Upon arrival, we set up camp and enjoy a warm meal.

After breakfast, we continue ascending to Camp 2 (4,200 m).
The hike takes approximately 3–4 hours. Once at camp, we prepare for the summit push and rest.

We begin the summit attempt early in the morning (around 1–2 AM).
The climb to the summit of Mount Ararat (5,165 m) takes approximately 7–9 hours depending on conditions and pace.
At the summit, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views across Türkiye, Iran, and Armenia.
After the summit, we descend to Camp 2, then continue down to Camp 1.

After breakfast, we descend to Çevirme Village (2,200 m) and transfer to Doğubayazıt.
In the afternoon, we visit the magnificent Ishak Pasha Palace and explore the surrounding area.
